The terms and conditions set forth below apply to all persons and for all tours conducted by Dream Tours To Go unless otherwise specifically stated on our website or by written agreement. Each tour provides specific information about that tour and if certain terms and conditions differ from those here, then the details of that specific tour takes precedence over any other. No person other than those lawfully designated has the authority to add or delete any content to this web site. It is the participant’s responsibility to read and understand the description of the tour they select as certain criteria may be different from another tour.
Reservations are not considered final until a deposit and enrollment form have been made and accepted by the company including documentation required by TSA.
Prices are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy.
In case of human or computer error, Dream Tours To Go reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to those who choose not to pay an increase, provided Dream Tours To Go receives a written cancellation within ten (10) days of the price increase notification.
A deposit is required to reserve a place on any tour and that deposit amount will appear within the tour description on our website, www.dreamtourstogo.com
A full refund will be made for any reason if the participant notifies the company within 10 business days of the company receiving the deposit that he/she does not want to travel on the tour. Any cancellation after 10 business days will result in a $100.00 fee; Cancellations occurring 31 days after receiving the deposit will result in a $300.00 fee.

CURRENCY FLUCTUATION AND EXCHANGE RATES
Prices are based on foreign exchange rates effective on January 2 of each year. If the exchange rate increases more than 7% from that rate, the participant agrees to pay any amount over the 7%.
Most tour prices include the cost of air transportation with all flights originating and ending in Charlotte, NC unless otherwise stated in writing. Those wanting to alter or cancel their reservations are subject to airline rules which may result in additional cost or penalties. Dream Tours To Go is not responsible if an airline cancels, delays, re-routes, or re-schedules any flight for any reason. If the participant misses a flight due to his/her own doing, it is the participant’s responsibility to make flight arrangements at his/her own expense, that will allow him/her to continue the tour. Also, it is the responsibility of the traveler to adhere to all rules and regulations of the airline including baggage restrictions.
